摘要 PURPOSE: A noise restricting shim structure and a disk brake apparatus are provided to prevent corrosion from potential difference between the aluminum caliper and the electrode by reducing the voltage between the metal and the aluminum caliper with the aluminum alloy plate. CONSTITUTION: A shim structure is formed by mounting rubber layers(11) at both sides of an aluminum alloy plate(10). A disk pad is composed of a friction material(3), and the shim structure is mounted directly on a backing plate(4) of the disk pad. The weight of the shim structure is reduced by using the aluminum caliper for the metal plate. Corrosion is prevented from potential difference between the caliper and the electrode by reducing voltage between the metal plate and the electrode. The lubricant layer is formed on the backing plate of the disk pad.
