摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining prothrombin and thrombin time, partial activated thromboplastin time in patient blood plasma. The chronometric test values are expressed in relative unit. Integral value of blood coagulation system state is calculated from formula BCSIV =K1+ K2 +K3, where K1 is the ratio of prothrombin time observed in patient to arithmetic mean of the value in healthy people, K2 is the ratio of thrombin time observed in patient to arithmetic mean of the value in healthy people. K3 is the ratio of partial activated thromboplastin time observed in patient to arithmetic mean of the value in healthy people. BCSIV value being equal to 2.72 and less, hypercoagulation is considered to be the case. BCSIV value being equal to 3.39 and greater, hypocoagulatioin is considered to be the case. The value being found in the range of 2.73-3.38, coagulation system state is to be found unclear. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of method.
