PURPOSE: A device for preventing chain skip in non-metal chain flight type sludge collector is provided to install corner shaft and corner sprockets more simply and fundamentally prevent generation of asymmetrical chain skip at any one sprocket. CONSTITUTION: In a non-metal chain flight type sludge collector comprising a chain to which sludge flights are attached with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, and which is mounted on a series of chain sprockets comprising driving sprockets, idle sprockets, tail sprockets and corner sprockets mounted in two rows at left and right sides, the device for the non-metal chain flight type sludge collector is characterized in that the two left and right corner sprockets are vertically divided to form upper and lower corner sprockets(31,31',32,32'), the corner shaft is clamped to the upper and lower corner sprockets by bolts(35,35') with corner shaft(33) being inserted between the upper and lower corner sprockets, the corner shaft is fixed to the upper corner sprockets by bolt(37) with key being inserted between the upper corner sprockets(31,32) and the corner shaft, and the corner shaft is fixed to the wall bearings by bolts(41,42) with the corner shaft being inserted into wall bearings(43) of upper and lower brackets(39,39',40,40') fixed to walls at left and right sides of the bottom of sediment basin.
