PURPOSE: A vehicle trim structure for the noise reduction is provided to minimize the inflow of the outside noise due to an extractor chamber and a bent grill formed to a luggage trim. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle trim structure for the noise reduction comprises an extractor chamber(30) arranged at an inner panel(20) to control the air bent amount; a lattice-shaped bent grill(50) which is arranged at a luggage trim(40) and which faces with the extractor chamber; and a plate(100) interposed between the extractor chamber and the bent grill. An opening part is formed to the plate to make an inner part of the trim to be penetrated with an outer part of the trim, so that the bent grill does not directly contact with the extractor chamber, and the noise flowed into the bent grill through the extractor chamber is prevented.
