PURPOSE: A punching apparatus is provided to simplify the structure thereof and the setting of components position. CONSTITUTION: A punching apparatus comprises a lower case having a paper insert(111) where a punched object is inserted; a punching part(120) which has a punch(122), a punch head(121), formed to an upper part of the punch, and a spring(123) positioned around the punch and which is formed at an upper part of the punching position of the lower case; and a cam(130) which is positioned at an upper part of the punch head of the punching part and which presses the punch head to make the punch of the punching part move to a lower part of the paper insert. The cam is driven by a driving device(101) and fixed to a rotation shaft(102) of the driving device.
