PURPOSE: A field emission display device is provided to achieve improved degree of focusing of electron beams emitted from an electron emitting source and allow electron beams to reach the desired anode electrode and phosphor. CONSTITUTION: A field emission display device(10) comprises a front substrate(12) and a rear substrate(14) spaced apart from each other; a scan electrode and a data electrode arranged perpendicularly with each other on the rear substrate, with an insulating layer(17) interposed between the scan electrode and the data electrode; an emitter(23) serving as an electron emitting source formed in each of pixel areas where the scan electrode and the data electrode cross with each other; an anode electrode(25) formed on the front substrate opposed to the rear substrate; and a phosphor film(27) formed into a predetermined pattern on the anode electrode. The scan electrode has a plurality of extended portions(16a) spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals and arranged in the lengthwise direction of the data electrode toward the adjacent scan electrode.
