PURPOSE: A method for forming a tattoo pattern of a clothing and goods thereby are provided to look like tattooing on body with wearing a clothing, thereby embodying a fashion of a new idea. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming a tattoo pattern of a clothing(10) comprises the steps of: forming at least one incision cavity(20) having a pattern in a determined position of a clothing; forming washing frame(21) to an inner circumferential side of the incision cavity; preparing a tattoo sheet(30) by forming a pattern(31) of various designs or letters on a surface of a transparent body sheet; and attaching the tattoo sheet to an inner side of the incision cavity of a clothing integrally.
