PURPOSE: A heat insulation cover and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to prevent unnecessary wrinkle from being made while curving the heat insulation cover by forming lattice grooves. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation cover manufacturing method comprises the steps of: heating the contact surface of an outer cover(13) of GCF(Glass Cross Fiber) rolling out from the first roller and crossed link polyethylene sheet(11) rolling out from the second roller; melting the inner vinyl of the outer cover; joining the outer cover to the crossed link polyethylene by rolling them along a pair of combining roller. The combining roller contacting with outer cover has a lattice embossment.
