COMPOSITION CONTAINING PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE TO MODULATE HOMEOSTASIS OF SKIN-EPIDERMAL LIPID

PURPOSE: Provided is a composition for modulating homeostasis of skin-epidermal lipid containing phosphatidylserine, thereby maintaining the homeostasis of skin-epidermal lipid or increasing the biosynthesis of ceramide. CONSTITUTION: The composition for modulating homeostasis of skin-epidermal lipid is characterized by containing 0.01-5 wt.% of phosphatidylserine as an active ingredient. The composition further contains 0.1-5 wt. 5of vitamin and 0.5-5 wt.% of serine. The composition modulates the homeostasis of skin-epidermal lipid by increasing the biosynthesis of ceramide.
