PURPOSE: A low voltage oscillation circuit capable of controlling a frequency is provided to reduce the power consumption for charging and discharging the capacitor by using a very small capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A low voltage oscillation circuit capable of controlling a frequency includes a first voltage generating circuit(VREF 1), a first resistor(R1), a second voltage generating circuit(VREF 2), a second resistor(R2), a first voltage connecting circuit(21), a second voltage connecting circuit(22), a comparator(30), a frequency converting RC circuit, a first inverse amplifying circuit(41) and a second inverse amplifying circuit(42). The first voltage generating circuit(VREF 1) is connected to the power voltage for supplying a first reference voltage. The first resistor(R1) limits the voltage of the first voltage generating circuit(VREF 1). The second voltage generating circuit(VREF 2) is connected to the power voltage for supplying a second reference voltage. The second resistor(R2) limits the voltage of the second voltage generating circuit(VREF 2). The first voltage connecting circuit(21) connects the power outputted from the first voltage generating circuit(VREF 1) and the second voltage connecting circuit(22) connects the power outputted from the second voltage generating circuit(VREF 2). The frequency converting RC circuit is connected to the inverse terminal of the comparator(30). The first inverse amplifying circuit(41) inversely amplifies the output signal of the comparator(30) and connects it to one end of the second voltage connecting circuit(21). And, the second inverse amplifying circuit(42) inversely amplifies the output signals of the first inverse amplifying circuit(41) for connecting one end to the first voltage connecting circuit(21) and connecting the other end to the frequency converting RC circuit.
