PURPOSE: A transfer tilting control device of a pipe type belt conveyor is provided to control tilting while transferring raw coal or cokes. CONSTITUTION: In a device to control tilting of a belt conveyor, a U type transfer belt tilting control portion is composed of a first contact roll(32) to contact an edge of the U type transfer belt(12a) in tilting. A first sensor(34) is connected to sense the tilting. A first control roll(38) is installed to control tilting. A circular transfer belt tilting control portion is composed of a second contact roll to contact an edge of the circular transfer belt in tilting. A second control roll is installed to control belt tilting.
