QUADRATURE SIGNAL GENERATOR PROVIDED WITH FEEDBACK TYPE FREQUENCY DOUBLER

PURPOSE: A quadrature signal generator provided with feedback type frequency doubler is provided to generate a quadrature signal having a frequency equal to the differential oscillation frequency by using a feedback control method. CONSTITUTION: A quadrature signal generator provided with feedback type frequency doubler includes an oscillation unit(510), a feedback type frequency doubler(520) and a frequency divider(530). The oscillation unit(510) generates a previously set differential oscillation frequency. The feedback type frequency doubler(520) is provided with a differential input terminal connected to the output of the oscillation unit(510), a differential feedback terminal and a differential output terminal. The feedback type frequency doubler(520) generates a differential frequency corresponding to the sum frequency between the differential frequency inputted through the differential input terminal and the quadrature signal inputted through the differential feedback terminal to output it through the differential output terminal. The frequency divider(530) is provided with a differential input terminal connected to the differential output terminal of the feedback type frequency doubler(520) and a quadrature output terminal composed of two differential output terminals. And, the frequency divider(530) generates the quadrature signal having two differential output frequencies obtained by dividing the differential frequency inputted through the differential input terminal into 1/2 frequency, and it outputs the quadrature signal through the quadrature output terminal.
