AIR DRIER, AND AIR DRYING METHOD FOR EMBEDDING AN ADSORBING COLUMN AND A DRY COLUMN IN A CASE

PURPOSE: An air drier and an air drying method are provided to reduce the size of the system by embedding an adsorbing column and a dry column in a case, and to supply dry air by lowering the moisture regain of supply air. CONSTITUTION: First and second adsorbing columns(111,112) are arranged in a case(101) to generate dry air by adsorbing and removing moisture from external air with an adsorbent, and first and second dry columns(121,122) are arranged in the case and spaced from the adsorbing columns to dry inflow air. An air drier comprises an intake pipe(102) branching off at the first and second dry columns through the case, discharge pipes(103a,103b) branching off in the end of the intake pipe, connecting pipes(104a,104b) connecting the first and second dry columns and the first and second adsorbing columns, branch pipes(105a,105b) drawn out of the first and second adsorbing columns, a supply pipe(105) extended out of the case by connecting the branch pipes, first and second trunk pipes(106,108) connecting the branch pipes and the connecting pipes, and a control unit(150) controlling opening of the valves.
