PURPOSE: A system and method for supporting engineering onsite process using a PDA is provided to improve efficiency and productivity of business by offering digital business environment through an onsite supporting software of the PDA for processing onsite process at the engineering site instantly. CONSTITUTION: Databases(110, 120) include a function for storing contracts, drawings, and specifications, a function for calculating construction, and a function for making up documents. A document management system(100) includes a web based document management program(100) storing the data bases(110, 120). A CAD viewer(220) displays the CAD. A document editor(210) makes up documents and transmits the document to desired place as a mail or a FAX document form. A PDA(200) includes the CAD viewer(220) and the document editor(210).
