An applied film comprising a polyester film and, formed on one surface thereof, an applied layer, characterized in that the surface of the applied layer exhibits a surface resistivity of 1 X 1013Ω or less, and has an polyester oligomer after the heat treatment at 180ringC for 30 min in an amount eight times that before the heat treatment or less. The applied film has excellent anti-static characteristics, is free from the attachment of dust or the like, and is reduced in optical defects.
