PURPOSE: A multilaterally expanded and contracted movable building is provided to shorten the carrying and construction time and to cut down the transport cost by loading and unloading the building on a freight vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In a multilaterally expanded and contracted movable building, big and small-sized buildings without facing walls in a hexahedral structure of a container house or an assembled building are received horizontally or vertically to form one set. Frames and columns of a set of the building are received. A transfer bolt base(51) being a transfer bolt fixing plate is installed at one end of the frame or the column. A transfer gear(52) is mounted to a bearing and threads are formed in the central part of the transfer gear and combined with a bolt arranged at the end of the transfer bolt. A transfer nut casing(6,64) is fixed at the other opposite end of the frame or the column and a transfer nut(61) mounted at the other end of the transfer nut casing is joined to the transfer nut. The big/small-sized building or the upper building moves up and down by supplying reversely/forward DC(Direct Current) electricity to a power motor by combining the transfer gear and a power gear(53) installed to the power motor mounted with a reducer by a chain. A finishing material is press-fitted and fixed in uneven grooves formed on a panel.
