PURPOSE: A smart mobile storage embedded with an application program is provided to automatically optimize a setting value of the application program depending on an environment of an attached computer and enable only an owner of the mobile storage to input/output data through the mobile storage by encrypting/decrypting input/output of the client data in the mobile storage. CONSTITUTION: A USB(Universal Serial Bus) connector(200) forms a communication connection path with the computer by connecting to a USB port of the mobile storage. A non-volatile memory(500) temporarily stores the application program, the client data for optimizing the application program, and the general data used by the application program. A drive controller(300) relays the data communication with the computer through the USB connector by controlling the non-volatile memory.
