MALFUNCTION CONTROL METHOD OF ICE MACHINE FOR EXECUTING PROPER OPERATION CONTROL

PURPOSE: A malfunction control method of an ice machine is provided to execute proper operation control by determining malfunction of a motor, a sensor, and the like in real time. CONSTITUTION: A malfunction control method of an ice machine comprises steps of giving a command for interrupting operation to an oscillating motor if ice manufacture is completed(P1,P3); applying a sensing signal for informing that the oscillating motor is continuously operating(P4); counting the time via a time counter since the sensing signal has been applied(P5); comparing the current counted time with reference time set as the maximum time permitted to execute task after an operation interruption command of the oscillating motor(P6); determining malfunction if the counted time passes the reference time(P7); stopping ice manufacture actions(P8); determining normality if the operation of the oscillating motor is interrupted according to the command given(P9); and clearing the counted time(P10).
