The device has a metallic protection casing (7, 8, 10, 12) with a hole to introduce a bolt (18) to an interior of the casing in a position where the bolt has a stopper to prevent rotation of a control axle (2). The casing is soldered on a metallic support (20) retrieved and fixed on a casing of a stand mechanism. The control axle is fixed to an extended axle presented at an interior of the protection casing. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a telescopic stand equipped with device (b) a vehicle e.g. trailer equipped with a telescopic stand.
