PURPOSE: A mobile air cleaning apparatus for treating various types of noxious gas, acid gas and dust is provided to supply clean and safe air to users by promptly decomposing thus removing hazardous gas, acid gases or noxious gases including volatile organic compounds using noxious gas decomposition catalyst and removing dust at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In a mobile air cleaning apparatus comprising wheels(7,10) and handle(13) used at a place where hazardous gas and acid gas or noxious carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds generated from the semiconductor cleaning process exist partially, the mobile air cleaning apparatus comprises a flexible arm(1) for sucking various types of noxious gas existing in air; a demister(2) for filtering and removing particulate matter and relatively large dust contained in the air sucked in the flexible arm; filters(3,4,5) in which noxious gas decomposition catalyst is embedded to decompose and remove various gases harmful to the human body contained in the air flown in through the demister; a HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filter(6) for removing fine dust existing in the air sucked in the flexible arm; and blowing fan(8) and air vent(12) for sending the noxious gas and dust removed air to the outside after sucking air in the apparatus through the flexible arm and removing various types of noxious gas and dust contained in the air at the same time.
