PURPOSE: A centrate drain valve for reverse osmosis (R/O) water purifier is provided which occupies a relatively small space and can be easily replaced. CONSTITUTION: The centrate drain valve comprises a main body(20) which is equipped with fluid inflow port(21) and fluid outflow port(22), and on which two channels for connecting the ports to each other are formed; a flow meter(30) installed on the first channel out of the channels of the main body to measure flow rate of the first channel; a solenoid valve(40) installed on the second channel out of the channels of the main body to open and shut the second channel; and a control part(60) for controlling the solenoid valve so that the solenoid valve closes the second channel if the number of flow meter is smaller than a preset number of flushing reference meters and controlling the solenoid valve so that the solenoid valve opens the second channel if the number of flow meter is larger than the preset number of flushing reference meters by receiving signals from the flow meter and comparing the signals with the preset number of flushing reference meters.
