PURPOSE: Provided is a device for generating a pulse magnetic stimulation using a modulation function, which make the effective energy transfer possible, according to the current compliance of a patient and the impedance of his/her biological tissue, not to configure every auxiliary units as a necessary components, and to carry out various modulation methods. CONSTITUTION: The device includes; a driving voltage supply(105), supplied with an AC power from the power supply, converting the applied AC power to a DC voltage of a determined value, and outputting the latter; a condenser(150), accumulating an electric charge from the DC voltage; an input switch(145), controlling the electric charge accumulation of the condenser; a coil(170), connected in series with the condenser(150), and generating a magnetic flux; a output switch(155), controlling the discharging of the electric charge of the condenser, through the coil and a shunt switch(160), lowering the magnetic energy of the coil and the voltage of the condenser to a ground level.
