PURPOSE: Provided are a control system of a heat treatment painting booth and a control method using the control system which can achieve uniform dryness after painting by decreasing the difference of temperature in the inside of booth. CONSTITUTION: The control system is applied to a heat treatment painting booth including a door, a ceiling filter, a heater, a wind blower, a wind exhauster and a booth control box. Specifically, the booth control box includes a control signal input part(20) with buttons; a microcomputer(30) for receiving a control signal from the control signal input part(20) and controlling the operation of system according to the signal; a chip temperature sensor(40) for measuring a temperature of the inside of painting booth and feeding the data into the microcomputer(30); a wind exhauster driving part(50) for intermittently operating the wind exhauster according to the signal to keep the inside of painting booth at an even temperature. |
