STEEL SHEET BEAM BUILT BY PRESTRESSED SEGMENT MEMBER ACCORDING TO BENDING MOMENT ACTING ON EACH SEGMENT MEMBER BY INSERTING TENSION MEMBERS IN CASING CONCRETE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A steel sheet beam built by a prestressed segment member and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent buckling deformation of a beam member caused by a tension member and to prevent bearing pressure fracture of an anchorage element. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet beam built by a prestressed segment member comprises plural segment members(2) and casing concrete(5) having sheath pipes(4) to lower flanges of the segment members. The segment members are prestressed according to the bending moment acting on each segment member by inserting tension members(6) in the sheath pipes of the casing concrete and tensioning the tension members to the sides and then anchoring the tension members to side parts. A beam member is formed by combining connection parts of the prestressed segment member and segment members(1) by combining units. Anchorage elements are welded to the lower sides of the connection parts in the beam member. The connection parts are prestressed by installing the tension members to the anchorage elements of the lower sides of the connection parts and tensioning the tension members to the sides and then anchoring the tension members to the anchorage elements.
