Cosmetic process for prevention and/or treatment of signs of aging or stress on the skin comprises applying a transdermal system containing at least one composition (A) with a thermal effect. Application is made to at least one of the acupuncture points PC-1, 6-E, 18-IG, 19-GI and 23-VC, on the face or neck, or to a limited region that contains these points. An independent claim is also included for a kit that contains (A) and instructions showing the location of the appropriate acupuncture points.
