PURPOSE: A method is provided to simplify the manufacturing process of a fluorescent membrane to be coated on the inner surface of a display glass, and achieve improved uniformity of surface of membrane. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of uniformly depositing a fluorescent slurry on the inner surface of a display glass, and forming a membrane by maintaining a predetermined rotating velocity in accordance with the viscosity of the slurry; a step of drying the deposited fluorescent membrane; a step of mounting a jig on the fluorescent surface so as to quickly remove unnecessary fluorescent membrane; and a step of removing unnecessary fluorescent membrane by using tools which prevent scratches on the display glass.
