SOUND AND VIBRATION PROOFING MATERIAL USING WASTE TIRE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF FEATURING LAMINATED STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A sound and vibration proofing material using a waste tire and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to greatly reduce a cost relating to a production of a sound and vibration proofing element and to solve an environmental problem. CONSTITUTION: The sound and vibration proofing material using a waste tire has a laminated structure of a polymeric foam(10) including a foamed rubber(40); and a regeneration rubber sheet(20a,20b) attached to the both sides of the foam. The manufacturing method of the rubber sheet(20a,20b) comprises the steps of: mixing 50 to 70 wt.% of a waste rubber with the waste tire and 30 to 50 wt.% of a new rubber; and pressing the mixture with a press in a mold having a plate form cavity at the temperature of 140 to 160 deg.C for 15 to 30 min.
