PURPOSE: A loading apparatus of a seat for a vehicle is provided to fasten luggage conveniently regardless of shape or length of luggage after folding seats by hinge-connecting plural fixing units in the rear part of the seat back. CONSTITUTION: Plural fixing parts(6) are installed in the rear parts of seat backs(4) of rear seats(21a,21b) for folding, and four fixing parts are mounted around four corners in the rear part of the seat back. Both ends of a fixing unit are fitted to the fixing parts, and luggage is fixed on the rear part of the seat back. A fixing hole with the oval section is formed laterally in the fixing part to fasten the fixing unit, and the end of the fixing part is combined by a hinge. The fixing part is selectively contained or drawn out of an installation groove formed in the rear part of the seat back. A couple of return springs are mounted in the hinge connection portion of the installation groove to guide the fixing part contained in the installation groove.
