PURPOSE: A golf practice mat is provided to improve the buffering of the mat, and to make the excellent durability and the low-cost production thereof possible. CONSTITUTION: The golf practice mat includes; a sheet(11) of a synthetic resin; an intermediate material(12) which is made out of a styrofoam and has conical projections(D), formed at determined intervals; and an artificial grass(20); wherein the components(11,12,20) are sequentially laminated inside a containing frame; and wherein a space is formed between the upper and lower part of the synthetic-resin sheet(11), by connecting an upper and lower film-shaped plate of the latter(11) with each other by means of a connection.
