t is disclosed herein an assembly corner which is used for holding and simultaneously aligning the extensions (wings) of the aluminum profiles (fig. IV), and characterized by a third plate (fig. III) featuring wedge-shaped configurations (1) permitting the free insertion of the plate into the aluminIum profiles (fig. IV); at the end of its course, the plate covers the void spaces and holds, thus, the profiles in an aligned disposition. The cutting defects on the plate cut side are covered by the height of the configuration 6 (fig. IV), without creating problems. The 3d shape endows the corner with mechanical resistances and elasticity, and allows the use of finer plates aiming at a lower production cost. |
