PURPOSE: A fuel cell, its preparation method, and an electronic device and an automobile provided with the fuel cell as a power source are provided, to improve power output density and characteristics and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell comprises a first substrate(2) where a first gas channel(3) for supplying a first reaction gas; a first current collection layer(6) formed on the first substrate; a first reaction layer(10) formed on the first current collection layer; an electrolyte layer(12) formed on the first reaction layer; a second reaction layer(10') formed on the electrolyte layer; a second current collection layer(6') formed on the second reaction layer; and a second substrate(2') where a second gas channel(3') for supplying a second reaction gas, wherein a conductive material is accumulated on any one of the first current collection layer and the second current collection.
