PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bio-salt which is free from harmful impurities and dioxin. Therefore, the bio salt is useful for prevention of hypertension, cancers and other diseases, and when applied to foods it improves palatability. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing bio-salt comprises the steps of: inserting natural sun-dried salt into a ceramic container (10), wherein the ceramic container is manufactured by mixing quartz porphyry powder and loess and baking it (20); heating the ceramic container containing the salt in a kiln for 20 hours (30); cooling the ceramic container naturally when is heated to 800 deg.C (40); and packing bio-slat (50). |
