PURPOSE: Provided is a cooling and cutting device for rod shaped rice cake. The device is capable of cutting the rod shaped rice cake into a predetermined length simultaneously cooling it. CONSTITUTION: The cooling and cutting device for rod shaped rice cake is composed of a cooling chamber of which upper part has opening to contain water inside and lower part has a valve discharging water contained inside; a cutting blade fixed to the one side of the upper part of the cooling chamber; and a stand which a storage box containing cut rod shaped rice cake is placed on. |
