摘要 PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a non oriented uranium sheet having grain size, and by discharging melt onto the surface of cooling roll through slot with the slot being very close to the surface of the cooling roll, thereby solidifying the melt, and an uranium sheet manufactured thereby are provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a vacuum chamber part(10a) comprising a sealed chamber(11a), an exhaust pump(12a) installed on an outer part of the chamber, and an exhaust pipe(13a) for connecting the chamber and the exhaust pump so that the inside of the chamber is maintained in the vacuum state; a melting and sheet forming part(20a) comprising a crucible(21a) installed inside the chamber, a nozzle(22a) integrally formed on a lower part of the crucible, a slot(23a) formed on an end of the nozzle, and a high frequency induction coil(24a) coiled on an outer part of the crucible; a contact rapid cooling part(30a) comprising a cooling roll(31a) installed under the slot in such a way that the cooling roll is driven to a certain speed in the chamber to rapidly cool the sheet with one surface of the sheet formed by the slot being contacted with the cooling roll; a slot proximity part(40a) for vertically moving the crucible so that the slot approaches the cooling roll; a sealing and fixing part(50a) mounted between the slot proximity part and the crucible to fix the crucible by sealing an upper part of the crucible; a back-pressure forming part(60a) comprising a gas charging pipe which is installed in such a way that the gas charging pipe is circulated with the inside of the chamber, and which is equipped with a gas switch valve(62a), and a crucible circulation pipe(63a) which is connected to the inside of the chamber with being circulated with the inside of the crucible through the sealing and fixing part, and which is equipped with a switch valve(64a); and a melt injection part(70a) comprising a gas injection pipe(71a) connected to the crucible circulation pipe and equipped with a gas injection switch valve(72a).
