PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing case assembly for compressor is provided to reduce fabrication cost and clear welding defects by integrally molding a suction pipe through extrusion operation after partially heating a cylindrical case. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a case assembly(1) for compressor by perforating a hole at a certain position of the outer circumference of case(4) formed by cutting a steel pipe to a certain length through burring operation and integrally bonding the case to the suction pipe through welding operation after inserting a suction pipe(3) into the hole, the method comprises a partial heating process of partially heating a certain part of the outer circumference of the case so that the case is easily extruded; and an extrusion process of integrally molding a suction pipe by extruding the heated part of the case passing through the partial heating process from the inner side, thereby projectingly pushing the case to the outer side.
