PURPOSE: To provide a device for producing dry type recycling sand by using construction waste, which sprays stone powder and recycled aggregate that are prepared by crushing the construction waste with a turbofan to remove fine powder therefrom. CONSTITUTION: The device comprising a vibration screen that screens aggregate having desired particles, a vibration feeder (30) that removes fine powder from the screened aggregate by using air supplied from a turbofan and discharges recycled aggregate, a multi cyclone collecting the air that has removed the fine powder at the vibration feeder and a roll crusher that re-crushes non-screened aggregate at the vibration screen is characterized in that the vibration feeder includes a screen (31) where the aggregate is inputted and moved, a slot feeder (32) that blows air to the aggregate passed through the screen to remove the fine powder therefrom, a vibration motor (33) that applies vibration to the screen and the slot feeder, a spring (34) that fixes the screen and the slot feeder to a frame (35) and air supply pipes (51,52) that supply air of the turbofan to the slot feeder and a slot plate (37).
