PURPOSE: A light emitting display device and its display panel and a driving method thereof are provided to compensate a threshold voltage or electron mobility of a transistor and to charge a data line sufficiently. CONSTITUTION: A pixel circuit includes an organic light emitting diode(OLED) device and PMOS transistors(M1-M5) and capacitors(C1,C2). The transistors have a gate electrode, a drain electrode and a source electrode which are operated as each control electrode and two main electrodes. The transistor(M1) has a source connected to a power supply voltage(VDD) and a gate connected to the capacitor(C2). The capacitor(C1) is connected between the gate and the source of the transistor(M1). A source of the transistor(M2) is connected to the power supply voltage. The transistor(M5) and the capacitor(C2) are connected between a gate of the transistor(M2) and the gate of the transistor(M1) in parallel. The transistor(M3) transfers a data current from a data line to the transistor(M2) in response to a selection signal from a scan line(Sn). The transistor(M5) connects the gate of the transistor(M2) and the gate of the transistor(M1) directly in response to a selection signal from the scan line. The transistor(M4) is connected between the drain of the transistor(M1) and the OLED, and transfers a current(IOLED) of the transistor(M1) to the OLED in response to a light emitting signal(EMn) from a scan line(En). The OLED is connected between the transistor(M4) and a reference voltage and radiates a light corresponding to the intensity of the applied current(IOLED).
