PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable and taste masked oral pharmaceutical dosage form, and to provide a process for preparing the same. SOLUTION: The stable and taste masked pharmaceutical dosage form includes porous apatite grains and a drug entrapped in pores of the grains, wherein the grains have a size of 0.1-1000μm and the pores of the grains have an opening of 0.5-300 nm.
