PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member and a seal structure in which a pump module can be into a fuel tank. SOLUTION: In the seal member, seal parts 1c<SB>1</SB>and 1c<SB>2</SB>for sealing a peripheral edge Tc of an opening Tb of a fuel tank T and a flange Pb of a pump module P are integrally formed with an fitting contact surface 1f that supports a body Pa of the pump module P and causes a frictional force against the body Pa in the middle of engagement of the body Pa, and it is constituted so that the surface roughness of the fitting contact surface 1f is larger than that of the seal parts 1c<SB>1</SB>and 1c<SB>2</SB>.
