PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a right angle accuracy of a rotor to a shaft by preventing the connecting force of the shaft to a rotor hub from being lowered in a motor having a rotatable shaft and a rotor having the rotor hub fixed to the shaft. SOLUTION: In the motor, an engaging hole 19 having an engaging inner surface 19a and an engaging protrusion 21 having an engaging outer surface 21a are respectively provided at the shaft and the rotor hub. An introducing inner surface 19b gradually spreading toward a distal end is formed on the inner periphery of the distal end of the engaging hole 19. An introducing outer surface 21b formed to be gradually enlarged toward the distal end is formed on the outer periphery of the distal end of the engaging protrusion 21. A tapered inner surface 21c is formed between the introducing outer surface 21b and the engaging outer surface 21a. The inner diameter size of the introducing inner surface 19b is formed larger than the outer diameter size of the engaging outer surface 21a.
