PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reliable manufacturing method for the rotor of a synchronous induction motors, which can prevent the float of a strip in a die-cast process and can prevent increase in vibration and noise. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method applies a stacking step (ST2) of stacking two or more sheets of rotor iron cores, each of which has two or more slits for generating a reluctance torque and two or more slots provided in the vicinity of the periphery so as to generate induction torque, by forming magnetic pole projections on an axis d, in a direction where magnetic flux is easy to flow and an axis q, in a direction where the magnetic flux is hard to flow; a fixing step (ST4) of so arranging an end ring mold as to press at least one strip among the strips made between the adjacent slits, at both ends in the stacking direction of the rotor iron core, and pressing it against the side of the other end; and a secondary conductor production step (ST6) of a filling conductive material into at least slots between the slits and the slots and also filling it into the end ring mold after the fixing step.
