PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a card type portable generator capable of generating power by causing electromagnetic induction through vibration and swinging. SOLUTION: The card type portable generator comprises a magnetic sheet with a through hole composed of a combination of a permanent magnet that freely rolls on a non-magnetic concave surface arranged to face the inner surface of the through hole formed when the sheet is erected, and an electromagnetic induction coil which is so positioned as to cross the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet.
