PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a refined acrylic modified polyorganosiloxane and having high sensitivity, persistent low friction and high endurance, and to provide an electrophotographic apparatus using the photoreceptor and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor contains an acrylic modified polyorganosiloxane in a top surface layer and a content of Na ions in its top surface is≤99 ppm.
