摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of deciding the danger of the crisis of lung cancer applicable to an individual, by biologically monitoring the genetic factor of a subject or the exposure result of an exogenous chemical carcinogen and AhR, CYP2A6, CYP2E1, and CYP1A1 developed in the bronchial epithelium. SOLUTION: Lung cancer sensibility of a subject is detected, by detecting the developed quantities of either one of or both of the aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), cytochrome detoxifying enzymes P450(CYP)2A6, CYP2E1 and CYP1A1 in the bronchial epithelium, which are obtained by washing cytodiagnosis or biopsy by examining sputum or by bronchoscopy, on an RNA (ribonucleic acid) level and a protein level.
