PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seal a liquid sealing space, irrespective of dispersion in force along a direction integrating both housings, and to reduce dispersion in a sensor characteristic. SOLUTION: The main body housing 22 is integrated with the connector housing 23 by calking, and the liquid sealing space 31 is formed between a sealing diaphragm 29 of the main body housing 22 and a recessed part 24 of the connector housing 23. An opposed face 30a of a bent part 30a in a pressor member 30 for pressing the sealing diaphragm 29 is opposed to an inner circumferential face 24a of the recessed part 24 of the connector housing 23, and an O-ring is forcibly interposed between the opposed faces to seal liquid-tightly the liquid sealing space 31. A face direction of the opposed faces is directed in a calking direction, and the liquid sealing space 31 is surely sealed irrespective of dispersion in calking loads. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
