PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manometer using a reversed U-shaped tube used for a fluid dynamics experiment, having excellent operability and a wider measuring range. SOLUTION: A pressure regulation device 22 is provided on the upper ends 13, 19 of reversed U-shaped tube bodies 11, 17. The pressure of a gas inside the tube bodies is adjusted, and the height of a liquid head is moved up and down properly by the pressure regulation device. Level meters 20a, 20b suitable for measuring a lower pressure and pressure gages 25a, 25b suitable for measuring a higher pressure are provided together as well as graduations 16a, 16b for measuring the liquid head position, to thereby enable to measure continuously the pressure in a wide range.
