PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel low in cost, accurately and rapidly constructible and allowing the construction of venting wall structure for preventing the occurrence of dew condensation. SOLUTION: This wall panel 1 is provided with a panel body 2 having vent holes 21 pierced in a vertical direction; a heat insulating board 3 mounted along one face of the panel body 2; and edge members 22, 33 mounted to both side end parts of each panel body 2.
