PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure for easily and surely sealing a joint formed between an upper rabbet part of a covering material and a fittings frame, and between the mutual exterior facing materials. SOLUTION: A joint auxiliary material 13 blocks up a tip opening of a recessed place 12 existing on the lower side of this upper rabbet part 10, and is arranged on the lower side of the upper rabbet part 10 of the covering material 2 so as to become substantially flush with a tip surface of the upper rabbet part 10. Thus, since the covering material 2 has in its end part a flat surface having the wide area composed of both the joint auxiliary material 13 and the tip surface of the upper rabbet part 10, the joint 11 can be easily and surely sealed without widening a joint width by filling a wet and dry sealant 20 between this flat surface and a side surface of the fittings frame 4.
