PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a panel to a frame member by preventing the disengagement of a seal member even if the panel is bent. SOLUTION: A simple roof is equipped with the panels which are laid among a plurality of rafters arranged in parallel, the frame member to which the side of one end of the rafter is fixed, and a panel retainer which is mounted on the frame member so as to fix the panel. Additionally, the simple roof is also equipped with the seal member which is arranged in a clearance between the panel retainer and the panel, and the seal member is mounted by being prevented from being disengaged from the panel retainer.
