PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for utilizing negative ions in a place that is within the reach, usually and naturally, so as to simply and easily take in the ions which are generated by a generating mechanism and a generating method that have been established in the scientific society, patents, or the like, although recently, particularly intensively in towns and cities, a rumor that negative ions are insufficient is beginning to be spread out. SOLUTION: The method comprises combining a powder for generating the negative ions with an adhesive or various tapes that are existing everywhere and capable of being handled by everybody and giving a familiar product.
